FlyNex will co-host the topic "Urban Air Mobility" as a partner of the ITS World Congress next year. The topic UAM will be given its own area in Hamburg for the first time and will also stand out due to its current innovations. Companies, researchers, and experts can now submit their proposals for lectures, sessions, and presentations at the ITS as part of the official Call for Contributions.
In mid-August 2020, the distribution network operator Netze BW in Baden-Wuerttemberg carried out further test flights using a drone for line inspection. Where previously helicopters flew twice a year, a drone might do all the work in the future.
