1. Consolidated User Management in the Project Team (Project Team Table)

What’s new?

The project team management has been redesigned and unified. Instead of multiple tables, there is now one central overview of all project users – including invited users and the project owner. The table features search, sorting and filtering. The transfer of project ownership is integrated as an inline function directly within the table.

Benefits

Better overview of roles, status and team composition in one place
Faster role/ownership changes without navigating to separate UI elements
Clear indication of invited users and easy re-invitation
More consistency through full compliance with the Style Guide

2. Image Analysis Filtered by Actually Used Processes (Image Evaluation – Process Filter)

What’s new?

The process filter in image evaluation and analysis now shows only processes that were actually executed in the project (instead of all available AI networks). Processes remain visible even if the underlying network has been deleted or a process was run multiple times. The display now fully matches the process view in the AI section of the project. The option to show only manually created findings is also retained.

Benefits

More relevant filter options and less “filter noise”
Better traceability: findings from deleted networks remain accessible
Faster analysis through a clearer, project-specific process list
Consistent display across all sections

3. Unified Gear Icon for Navigation to Settings (Gear Icon Logic)

What’s new?

A unified gear icon has been introduced in all relevant sections of the project and object views. It allows admins to navigate directly to the respective settings pages (e.g. object layers, classification, general settings, flight log configuration). The icon is now consistently styled in grey in accordance with UI guidelines.

Benefits

More intuitive navigation to settings through a recognisable, consistent pattern
Fewer clicks and faster administration
Reduced errors through consistent icon placement and linking

4. Extended Import Process for Map Elements

What’s new?

The import process for map elements has been technically and functionally rebuilt. Supported file formats now include PDF, DXF, GPX, GPKG, GeoJSON, KML and SHP (as ZIP incl. DBF, cpg, qmd). Users select a horizontal and vertical coordinate system, with default values suggested automatically (and pre-filled from user preferences if defined). Import is possible via new file upload or selection of existing project files. Progress is displayed in the notification panel and under Company → Processes. In the mapping section, groups are generated automatically from readable structures (incl. a “Standard” category), with checkboxes for visibility control per group, category or individual element. Imported elements are also visible in flight planning; object layer assignment is based on matching layer/group names (otherwise assigned to the default layer).

Benefits

Greater flexibility through significantly more supported file formats
Fewer errors through coordinate system defaults and automatic pre-selection
Better transparency through clear progress display and process tracking
Faster workflows thanks to automatic structuring (groups/categories)
Seamless integration into mapping and flight planning

5. Address and Coordinates Displayed in the Mapping Report (Mapping Report – Map Address)

What’s new?

The mapping report now automatically displays the address as well as the latitude and longitude of the map centre below the map graphic on page 2. The information is generated automatically based on the map centre at the time of report creation.

Benefits

Faster orientation within the report (especially when sharing or exporting)
Better comprehensibility of the map section for third parties

Easier further processing of coordinates in external GIS or mapping systems

6. Support Form Replaces Feedback on the Map

What’s new?

The previous feedback function directly on the map has been removed. Instead, a central support link has been added to the user badge menu, pointing to a HubSpot form. Technical information such as the domain ID can optionally be passed as query parameters. For certain enterprise customers with an existing individual support form, the new general link will not be shown – their existing Enterprise Support access remains in place.

Benefits

More structured support requests and better traceability
Single entry point for support instead of scattered feedback channels
Faster issue analysis through automatically provided technical context data
No changes for enterprise customers with an existing solution

7. Uploading Large Files – No More Size Limits

What’s new?
The upload tool now supports files of any size — the previous limit of 2 GB has been removed.
The upload process has been switched to a stream‑based method, meaning files are transferred in individual chunks instead of being loaded fully into memory.

Benefits

No size limitations anymore – even very large files (>2 GB) can be uploaded without issues
Improved performance – the stream-based approach enables a more stable and faster upload process
Lower memory usage – reduces RAM consumption, especially helpful for data‑intensive applications
Increased stability – a more robust upload workflow that remains reliable even with very large files
