YOUR JOB

  • International acquisition and development of new partners and distributors for joint business field developments and our future corporate activities
  • Sales onboarding and qualification of new partners and distributors
  • Active sales support of the partner in the joint customer projects
  • Development of sales plans, meaningful presentations/information, and measures to ensure the success of the partners and distributors
  • Work closely and coordinate with internal management interfaces required for joint project success, such as marketing, lead management, product marketing, etc.
  • Plan, manage, execute, document, and evaluate sales projects
  • Participate in trade fairs and partner events

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • A successfully completed degree in a business or technical field or a comparable qualification (business informatics with MBA preferred)
  • At least seven years of B2B professional experience in partner/channel sales, business development, and ideally in the environment of sophisticated B2B industry IT solutions
  • Confident personality with a comprehensive and solid network
  • Independent and entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as high self-motivation, loyalty, and team skills
  • Presentation, consulting, negotiation, and closing skills at decision-maker level
  • Knowledge of key performance indicator systems in order to understand one’s own success and the success of the company and to be able to formulate conclusions
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
  • Very good knowledge of German and English spoken and written, other languages of advantage
  • High willingness to travel
