As a young software start-up with Leipzig, Hamburg, and San Francisco locations, we enable companies to effectively integrate drones into their own daily business and develop entirely new data solutions. There are countless applications with drones, and the variety of drone-based tasks is growing. For our further growth, we are currently looking for a dedicated and reliable reinforcement for our team.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Within our team in Leipzig, you are responsible for the long-term development of business relationships with customers and partners. First, this means that you familiarize yourself with the exceptional application possibilities of a SaaS platform for drone technology and data collection from the air. You understand working with customers from the construction, energy, and real estate/housing industries their requirements and how drones are used for them.
Sales of complex software products and systems for data collection processes using drones and other devices in the field
Contribute to the planning and execution of sales activities
Support product development and marketing by providing structured feedback of customer requirements and thinking
Providing our existing customers with active support and advice on process set-up on your own responsibility
Developing and calculating customer-specific offers as well as conducting price and contract negotiations and convincing product demonstrations (POC)
Interfacing with other departments such as marketing/engineering/finance
If applicable, participation in associations, standards committees, etc.
Understanding of customer issues and their challenges through a consulting skill/experience
Using CRM systems, working in sales cycles, and qualifying leads should be a given
Several years of proven professional experience in sales of products requiring explanation as well as understanding of cloud infrastructures, networked systems, and platform infrastructures in a B2B environment is required
You understand how to grasp complex process structures and translate them into addressable customer and product requirements
You have a hands-on mentality with high social as well as intercultural skills and a talent for networking
Structured, independent way of working as well as willingness to organize from home office
Sales-oriented thinking as well as results and goal-oriented action
You have excellent German and good English skills, which you implement in the daily work routine with business confidence
Driving license class B, so that you can also get to your destinations independently
Commitment, ability to work in a team, commitment, fighting spirit, and a high degree of initiative round off your profile
