Schon jetzt in 2021 liegt die Zahl der kommerziellen Drohnen in Deutschland bei \u00fcber 45.000 Ger\u00e4ten. Zusammen mit Hobby-Drohnen werden in 2025 knapp eine halbe Millionen UAVs in der Luft sein. Zumal werden zuk\u00fcnftig nicht nur kleine (Spielzeug-)Drohnen am Himmel zu finden sein, sondern irgendwann auch gro\u00dfe Passagierdrohnen. Doch wie regelt man dann den Flugverkehr und verhindert Kollisionen oder eine \u00dcberladung des Luftraums?<\/p>\n<h3>Der U-Space &#8211; Mehr als nur ein Luftraum<\/h3>\n<p>Um den unbemannten Flugverkehr in Zukunft zu organisieren, wird seit vielen Jahren auf technischer, organisatorischer und politischer Ebene an einer \u00fcbergreifenden L\u00f6sung entwickelt. Somit werden wichtige Voraussetzungen f\u00fcr den zuk\u00fcnftigen Betrieb von bemannten und unbemannten Luftfahrzeugen im unteren Luftraum, dem sogenannten U-Space, und f\u00fcr den Bereich Urban Air Mobility geschaffen.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\" style=\"--awb-text-font-family:&quot;source-sans-pro-latin-regular&quot;;--awb-text-font-style:normal;--awb-text-font-weight:400;\"><h3>DAS KONZEPT U-SPACE<\/h3>\n<p>Das von der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission entwickelte Rahmenwerk \u201eU-Space\u201c soll der Integration von Drohnen in den europ\u00e4ischen Luftraum dienen. Denn bisher gibt es noch kein auf UAVs angepasstes Management des unteren Luftraums. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf der Automatisierung von Prozessen und der Konnektivit\u00e4t zwischen Drohne und Umwelt. April 2021<\/a> hat die Europ\u00e4ische Kommission drei neue Verordnungen zum U-Space ver\u00f6ffentlicht:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"bullets\">Regelwerk f\u00fcr den U-Space (<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/transport\/sites\/transport\/files\/c20212671-u-space.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zur Verordnung<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li class=\"bullets\">Vorgaben f\u00fcr Anbieter von ATM (Air Traffic Management) Services (<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/transport\/sites\/transport\/files\/c20212672-u-space.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zur Verordnung<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li class=\"bullets\">Auflagen f\u00fcr bemannte Fl\u00fcge im unteren Luftraum (<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/transport\/sites\/transport\/files\/c20212673-u-space.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zur Verordnung<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zusammengefasst erm\u00f6glichen diese komplexere Drohnen-Projekte, die auch BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) stattfinden k\u00f6nnen. Au\u00dferdem wurden Anforderungen an den U-Space formuliert, die einen sicheren Betrieb f\u00fcr bemannte und unbemannte Flugfahrzeuge im unteren Luftraum erm\u00f6glichen, sodass Risiken gering gehalten werden k\u00f6nnen. Das Regulierungspaket soll ab dem 26. Januar 2023 umgesetzt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Verordnungen sind Teil der \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/transport\/themes\/mobilitystrategy_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sustainable and Smart Mobility Strategy<\/a>\u201c. Dabei geht es um das Entwickeln eines EU-weiten Transportsystems, welches umweltfreundlich und zukunftsweisend sein soll.
