Dazu kommt, dass sich die Regeln f\u00fcr Drohnenpiloten mit der neuen EU-Drohnenverordnung nochmal versch\u00e4rft haben. Aber worauf m\u00fcssen Drohnenpiloten wirklich achten und welche Strafen drohen bei Verst\u00f6\u00dfen? In Teil 3 greifen wir die oben geschilderte Problematik des Ereignisses am Frankfurter Flughafen nochmal auf und gehen auf das Fliegen in Flugverbotszonen ein.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Bu\u00dfgelder z. T. drastisch<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Wer sich n\u00e4mlich nicht an die Verordnung h\u00e4lt, kann mit einem Bu\u00dfgeld von bis zu 50.000 \u20ac rechnen. Wie hoch dieses bei welchem Versto\u00df tats\u00e4chlich ausf\u00e4llt, l\u00e4sst sich allerdings (noch) nicht sagen. Es gibt weder Tabellen noch einen Bu\u00dfgeldkatalog. Dieser k\u00f6nnte aber mit dem deutschen Gesetzesentwurf zur Anpassung an die EU-Drohnenverordnung kommen. Bisher k\u00f6nnen sich Drohnenpiloten nur durch die Medien an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.focus.de\/regional\/muenchen\/muenchen-tollwood-polizeieinsatz-wegen-illegalen-drohnen-flugs_id_9230958.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pr\u00e4zedenzf\u00e4llen<\/a> aus den vergangenen Jahren orientieren. In den schlimmsten F\u00e4llen wird ein Strafverfahren eingeleitet und es kann zu einer Freiheitsstrafe kommen. Ebenfalls k\u00f6nnen Punkte in Flensburg und die Entziehung der Fahrerlaubnis die Folgen sein.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><p>Falls Sie sich noch nicht mit der neuen EU-Drohnenverordnung auseinandergesetzt haben und nicht wissen, was es z. Bei Straftaten wie gef\u00e4hrlichen Eingriffen in den Luftverkehr oder Verletzungen der Privatsph\u00e4re kommt auch das Strafgesetzbuch (StGB) ins Spiel. In dem LuftVG ist beispielsweise die Haftungsfrage geregelt. In der LuftVO ist wiederum festgelegt, wo z. Durchmesser) von<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"bullets\">bis zu 3 m in VLOS \u00fcber einem kontrollierten Bereich am Boden, nicht \u00fcber Menschenansammlungen,<\/li>\n<li class=\"bullets\">bis zu 1 m in VLOS, jedoch nicht \u00fcber Menschenansammlungen,<\/li>\n<li class=\"bullets\">bis zu 1 m in BVLOS, \u00fcber d\u00fcnn besiedelten Gebieten,<\/li>\n<li class=\"bullets\">bis zu 3 m in BVLOS, \u00fcber einem kontrollierten Bereich am Boden,<\/li>\n<li class=\"bullets\">unter 120 m H\u00f6he und \u00fcber einem kontrollierten Luftraum (also nicht Luftr\u00e4ume F oder G).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-14\" style=\"--awb-text-font-family:&quot;source-sans-pro-latin-regular&quot;;--awb-text-font-style:normal;--awb-text-font-weight:400;\"><p>Ein LUC-Zeugnis kann ausschlie\u00dflich eine juristische Person, z. B. eine Organisation oder ein Unternehmen, beantragen.
